UPSC Advertisement 10/2026 – Post-Wise Eligibility

  • ✓AEE (Civil) –: The academic base is Civil Engineering, including the equivalence route accepted in the notice. The work record must also show two years at supervisory level in structural or RCC-related design, upkeep or construction.
  • ✓AEE (Electronics) –: The degree route covers Telecommunications, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication Engineering. A separate two-year supervisory background in radio-navigation aids is also required.
  • ✓Assistant Director (Engineering) –: A Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree by itself is not enough. This vacancy also asks for two years of relevant engineering work from the areas listed for the post.
  • ✓Superintendent Translation –: There are two law-degree paths. The LL.M. path uses the specified two-year experience routes, while the LL.B. path uses the corresponding four-year routes; the Hindi-study condition must also be met.
  • ✓Research Officer –: The master's degree must come from one of the listed geography, geology or geospatial fields. The bachelor's-level subject condition and five years of qualifying geographical/cartographical teaching or research experience are separate requirements.
