01Our story

Vacancy Vaani grew from the time I spent reading long recruitment notices and helping people locate the details that matter before an application. I have been writing and sharing job-related information since 2015, and the same practical approach guides this website today: read the source, organise the facts, and make the next step easier to identify.

The website is operated as an independent information publication. It is not a government website, recruiting authority, placement agency or representative of any employer unless a specific relationship is expressly disclosed.

02What we publish

Our primary focus is government and private-sector recruitment information relevant to readers in India. Depending on editorial priorities and available source material, coverage may include:

Recruitment updates

Vacancies, eligibility, fees, important dates and application links.

Exam updates

Admit cards, schedules, answer keys, results and related notices.

Practical resources

Explanatory notes, tables and tools that support job-information use.

Vacancy Vaani decides which topics to cover, how much detail to include, when to update or archive a page, and whether a submitted topic is suitable. Publication of every vacancy, request or announcement is neither promised nor required.

03How we work

We aim to begin with an official notice, department website, recruitment portal or another source reasonably considered authoritative. Relevant facts are selected, reorganised and written in our own presentation so that a reader can scan the information more efficiently. Where practical, key dates, vacancy figures, fees, eligibility conditions and links are checked against the available source.

The controlling source: If a Vacancy Vaani page differs from a current official notification or portal, the official source takes priority. Readers should complete every application only after reviewing that source.

04Independence and editorial control

Editorial choices are made by Vacancy Vaani. A department, employer, advertiser, reader or third party cannot require us to publish, preserve, rank, rewrite or remove material unless a binding legal obligation applies. We may decline coverage, limit details, change formatting, combine related updates, suspend a page or archive outdated material when we consider it appropriate.

References to an organisation, logo, examination, post or external website are descriptive. They do not by themselves create affiliation, approval, partnership or endorsement.

05How the website is supported

Vacancy Vaani may be supported by display advertising, advertising technology or clearly identified commercial arrangements. Advertising helps meet publishing, hosting and maintenance costs, but an advertisement does not become an editorial recommendation merely because it appears near our content.

Advertisers do not receive a right to control ordinary editorial conclusions. If paid, sponsored or affiliate material is introduced, we may label it in a manner appropriate to the context and applicable requirements.

06Our editor

Atul Mishra — Verified Editor

I have been writing and organising job-related information since 2015. My role is to decide what is useful for the website, review important recruitment details and present them in a clear, workable format.

Technology may assist with comparison, formatting, spelling, calculations or workflow. It does not remove editorial responsibility. Substantive pages are intended to receive editorial review before publication, and Vacancy Vaani retains the final decision on wording, structure and release.

07What we do not do

  • We do not issue recruitment notifications, admit cards, results or appointment letters.
  • We do not accept job applications, examination fees or payments on behalf of a recruiting authority.
  • We do not promise eligibility, selection, appointment, salary, deadline extension or a successful application.
  • We do not provide individual legal, financial or career representation through general website content.
  • We do not guarantee that every page will remain complete, current or error-free at every moment.
