Official Table Check: In this recruitment notice (Notice A-1/2026), some major printing errors have come to light regarding the counting of seats, which have been kept as it is without any changes. The first thing is that there is no separate column given for EWS (Economically Weaker Section) in this notice. The second discrepancy is in the seats of Carpenter post, where 20 unreserved (UR), 6 SC, 2 ST and 11 OBC seats have been shown, the total of which is 39, but its total is printed in the notice as 40. Moreover, when we add the seats of all the trades together, the total for ST comes to 56 and the total for PwD comes to 29, but in the grand total of the notice, it is written as 57 for ST and 30 for PwD.
Horizontal reservation: Reservation of 4% for PwD (Persons with Disabilities) and 3% for Ex-Servicemen or their dependents will not be given by adding any additional seats separately. All these reserved seats are included within the total 734 seats. This means that out of the total 734 posts, only 4% seats have been reserved for the disabled and 3% seats have been reserved for ex-servicemen, for these no new seats will be added separately over and above the 734.
