⚠️ Common Mistakes to Avoid in HP High Court Application
  • ✓
Opening the wrong notice: Match the form with Advertisement Notice No. DJ-ADVT./2026 (1), which covers these 388 District Judiciary vacancies.
  • ✓
Missing the Himachal conditions: Reservation benefits and some education or bonafide requirements are tied to the conditions stated for Himachal Pradesh candidates.
  • ✓
Submitting extra forms for appointment modes: Choose the advertised post once; you do not need another form merely because it has regular, contract or daily-wage seats.
  • ✓
Looking only at the degree: Clerk, Stenographer and Driver also carry typing, shorthand or driving requirements that must be met separately.
  • ✓
Leaving everything for the final hour: Although the portal closes at 11:59 PM on 10 September 2026, a late upload or failed payment can leave the form incomplete.
📂 Documents to Keep Ready
  • ✓
Keep a recent colour photograph and your signature ready in the size and format accepted by the portal.
  • ✓
Use the Matric certificate as the main record for your date of birth.
  • ✓
Collect the 10+2, graduation or MBA mark sheets and certificates required for your chosen post.
  • ✓
Add computer or typing records, the driving licence and experience proof wherever they apply.
  • ✓
If you claim an H.P. reservation or relaxation, make sure the relevant SC, ST, OBC, EWS or PH certificate is valid.
  • ✓
Also keep bonafide or schooling proof, identity documents and an employer NOC ready when your case requires them.
