📌 Corrigendum Note: A total of 2 changes were made in this. The 1st change was that Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) was also added to the list of Engineering branches. And now students of ECE branch can also apply for this post or course. The 2nd change was that the last date for filling the application form was extended to 15 April 2026. Such candidates who are currently in their final semester (last year) were also allowed to apply. But their final result should be declared on or before 31 July 2026. When they will be called for interview, it will be compulsory for them to show their Provisional Certificate and all the Marksheets (proof of marks). If these documents are not available at the time of interview, they will be rejected.

💵 HLL Management Trainee Salary 2026
During the 1 year training, you will get a salary of ₹40,000 (Basic Pay) per month along with DA (Dearness Allowance / Dearness Allowance) added on it. If you complete the 1 year training well and pass the test/assessment decided by HLL, you will get the post of Deputy Manager (E1 Grade). Your salary scale will be between ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000. This means that your basic salary will start from ₹40,000 and can go up to ₹1,40,000 with increments. The actual salary you receive will depend on the allowances (like HRA, Medical) you are getting at that time and the deductions you are getting in the name of PF or Tax.

Stage one is a CBT. Out of the candidates scoring the cutoff marks, HLL might call roughly six people per opening for a preliminary interview. Next, the number of candidates is cut down to a 1:3 ratio for the online psychological test and document verification/final interview.
