- Programme Officer: Applicants may qualify through MBA, MSW, BE, B.Sc. Agriculture, or a degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or an equivalent discipline. The notice also sets out Rural Development, computer and relevant-experience credentials for this post.

Four different people work together to run this program. The Program Officer manages and monitors work at the block level, while the Assistant Engineer handles technical tasks like drawing maps, calculating budgets, and checking the quality of work. The DEO maintains all program-related data and records on a computer, and the Gram Rozgar Sewak works directly on the ground at the Gram Panchayat level, handling paperwork and on-farm or on-site work.
