Qualification, citizenship and certificate conditions under Recruitment Notice 02/2026
- ✓Essential qualification: CA, CMA, M.Com, MBA (Finance) or an accepted equivalent qualification from a recognised institution or university.
- ✓Citizenship: The applicant must be an Indian citizen or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan under the stated recruitment conditions.

💵 Pay Scale, Probation & Service Bond
Selected candidates are generally required to undergo two years' probation, which may be extended under appointment conditions, and may be required to complete prescribed training. With the E2 IDA pay scale of ₹ 50,000 for the post of Deputy Manager, your basic salary will increase by 3% every year, due to which your basic salary can increase to ₹ 1,60,000. Apart from this basic salary, you will also get dearness allowance, house rent and other government facilities (Allowances & Benefits) as per the rules of NHIDCL. Before joining the company, you will have to give a service bond (guarantee) of ₹ 5 lakh. If you leave the job before completion of 2 years, you will have to pay ₹5 lakh to the company.
⚙️ NHIDCL Deputy Manager Selection Process
The notified selection process consists of two written stages, Stage-I: Eligibility Test is an objective (MCQ) exam conducted on computer. Its marks will not count in the final merit, it is only required to be passed to reach the next round. Stage-II: (Main Examination) Those who pass Stage-I will appear only in this exam. The marks of this exam are most important. NHIDCL will prepare the final list on the basis of your Stage-II marks. If two people have equal marks, the one whose age is older will get the first seat. If the age is also same, then according to the first letter (A to Z) of the name written on the 10th mark-sheet, the name which comes first will be selected.

NHIDCL Admit-Card Login Go Live on 20th August 2026. The exam is on Monday, 24th August 2026 at Adarsh Examination Centre, B-31, Block-B, Sector-80, Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh-201301. Entry into the exam center starts at 12:30 pm and closes at 1:30 pm. CBT runs from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
🚌 TA Reimbursement & Objection Update
Applicants living over 100 km away from the exam center are eligible for travel reimbursement, capped at the shortest-route non-AC sleeper train fare, provided they submit tickets and meet official criteria. The online TA claim portal will be open from 5:00 PM on August 24, 2026, until 5:00 PM on August 28, 2026. NHIDCL stated that the Stage-I objection link will become active one to two days post-CBT and stay open for three days.
