💵 BOB LBO Salary, Pay Scale & Benefits
The LBO post is in JMG/S-I. The notified pay scale starts at ₹48,480 and progresses up to ₹85,920 through the applicable stages. Selected candidates having one year or more of qualifying Officer experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank are eligible for one advance increment. Allowances, perquisites and other benefits are governed by the Bank's applicable policies and banking-sector settlement.
📍 BOB LBO Posting, Probation & Service Bond
- ✓State Posting: Selected candidates will remain posted in the State applied for during the first 12 years of service or until promotion to SMGS-IV, whichever is earlier.
- ✓Probation: 12 months of active service from the date of joining.
- ✓Service Bond: Current terms require 3 years of service, or payment of three months' gross salary subject to a maximum of ₹2 lakh if the employee leaves before completing three years, subject to Bank policy/revision.
